The Wellness Inventory is a computer program you use for a full year to assess how you are doing in 12 Dimensions of Health, which areas need work, and which areas you want to work on first. There is a Virtual coach with Action Steps, and a Reference library. Plus, you can retake the Inventory periodically to assess your progress. Life is a journey - Take it!

Dr. Mark Blessley attended the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics graduating as a Natural Therapeutics Specialist (NTS) in January 1989. He then earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Biology in 1995, and his Doctor of Chiropractic 1997. He is a Certified Postural Exercise Professional (CPEP) and has completed extensive training in using the “Wellness Inventory”, "BrainTap Systems" and "HeartMath Resilience Training" for coaching, consulting and mentoring.
